| As a Senior Editor, maintained good relations with over 300 volunteer student reporters. Trained reporters and associate editors. Managed contests and special projects for Kiwibox, including the website's first creative writing competition; directed volunteer judges for contests. Spearheaded a campaign for better editor-reporter communication. Campaigned for and co-founded a program for new reporters that would allow them to learn to edit and critique their own work. Founded and developed an article illustration program to prevent copyright infringement and encourage further participation of student artists on the website. | |
